DCard Premier Manual Verification Agreement

This DCard Premier Manual Verification Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Infinity Principle Technologies (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization") and the users or organizations seeking verification (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Organization").

By participating in the DCard Premier manual verification process, the User or Organization agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Verification Fee: The User or Organization acknowledges and agrees to pay the required verification fee as specified by Infinity Principle Technologies in order to initiate the manual verification process.

2. Verification Process: The User or Organization understands that the manual verification process involves the review and evaluation of submitted documents and information. The Organization reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification to ensure accurate verification.

3. Verification Badge: Upon successful completion of the verification process and fulfillment of all requirements, the User or Organization may be awarded a verification badge, indicating the successful verification status. The badge may be used as per the guidelines provided by Infinity Principle Technologies.

4. Document Submission: The User or Organization agrees to supply all necessary and valid documents required for verification, including but not limited to identification documents, business licenses, certifications, and any other relevant supporting materials.

5. Accuracy of Information: The User or Organization warrants that all information provided during the verification process is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the verification process.

6. Fee Refunds: The verification fee is non-refundable, regardless of the verification outcome, unless otherwise specified by Infinity Principle Technologies in writing.

7. Termination of Agreement: This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. In the event of termination, any pending verification requests or fees will be handled as per the policies and procedures of Infinity Principle Technologies.

By proceeding with the DCard Premier manual verification process, the User or Organization acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
